Chatten

Din konversation sparas tillfälligt på vår server, kopplad till en teknisk session, så att chatten kan minnas tidigare inlägg under ditt besök. Den kopplas inte till ditt namn och raderas automatiskt efter 24 timmars inaktivitet. Du kan när som helst tömma den med ”Börja om”.

AI-bearbetning

Svaren skapas via Berget.ai, en svensk leverantör som behandlar data inom EU. Dela inte känsliga personuppgifter i chatten.

Cookies

Vi använder en nödvändig sessionscookie och sparar ditt språkval lokalt (ingen spårning). Cookies för statistik laddas endast om du samtycker i cookie-bannern, via Google Consent Mode.

Spärr mot missbruk

För att bromsa spam och missbruk lagrar vi tillfälligt en teknisk, hashad (oläsbar) representation av din IP-adress. Den kan inte kopplas till dig och raderas inom 24 timmar.

Kontaktformuläret

Meddelanden du skickar via kontaktformuläret mejlas till oss så att vi kan svara. Vi sparar dem bara så länge som behövs för att hantera din fråga.

Dina rättigheter

Chatten är anonym och kopplas inte till din identitet. Den sparas bara tillfälligt och raderas efter 24 timmar, så vi kan inte koppla ett samtal till en enskild person och lagrar inga identifierbara uppgifter om dig som använder chatten. De enda personuppgifter vi kan ha om dig är sådant du själv väljer att skicka via kontaktformuläret (namn, e-post och meddelande), som når oss via e-post. För de uppgifterna har du rätt till tillgång, rättelse och radering – kontakta oss via kontaktformuläret.

The chat

Your conversation is stored temporarily on our server, tied to a technical session, so the chat can remember earlier messages during your visit. It is not linked to your name and is automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity. You can clear it anytime with “Start over”.

AI processing

Answers are generated via Berget.ai, a Swedish provider that processes data within the EU. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Cookies

We use a necessary session cookie and store your language choice locally (no tracking). Analytics cookies load only if you consent in the cookie banner, via Google Consent Mode.

Abuse prevention

To limit spam and abuse we temporarily store a technical, hashed (unreadable) representation of your IP address. It cannot be linked to you and is deleted within 24 hours.

Contact form

Messages you send via the contact form are emailed to us so we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

The chat is anonymous and not linked to your identity. It is stored only temporarily and deleted after 24 hours, so we cannot connect a conversation to an individual and hold no identifiable data about you as a chat user. The only personal data we may hold about you is what you choose to send via the contact form (name, email and message), which reaches us by email. For that data you have the right of access, rectification and erasure – contact us via the contact form.
